4. Reward & Benefits
The BioFit Black Card entitles the holder to 20% off up to 4 orders per calendar year for life.

• Cardholders will receive a unique, non-transferable discount code linked to their customer account.

5. Notification & Verification

All customers who purchase a BioFit Origins 5-Pack during the entry period will be automatically entered into the giveaway.

4. Prizes & Winner Selection
10 winners will each receive a Year of Becoming Golden Pass, consisting of a free BioFit Origins 5-Pack delivered every 3 months for 12 months (4 deliveries total).
Winners will be randomly selected from all valid purchases.
