Shipping Information

  • Warehouse Location: All Biofit products are shipped from our single warehouse in China. This strategic decision allows us to maintain a smaller ecological footprint and ensure our products are stocked and shipped efficiently to our customers worldwide.
  • Global Shipping: We’re proud to offer worldwide shipping to our customers. No matter where you are, you can enjoy the health and wellness benefits that Biofit products offer.
  • Shipping Times: We understand that receiving your products in a timely manner is important. Our standard shipping times are approximately 7-10 days, depending on your location. Please note that these are estimated delivery times and can vary due to factors outside our control, such as customs delays or extreme weather conditions.

Shipping Address

The customer must ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and
deliverable. Biofit bears no responsibility for orders that cannot be delivered due to
inaccurate addresses provided during checkout. In the event of an undeliverable
address, the order may not reach its intended destination, and any associated costs
are the buyer's responsibility. Should a customer notice a shipping address error after
checkout, they must inform Biofit within 24 hours of placing the order.
Please note that once an order is marked as delivered on the tracking portal, refunds
or reshipments will not be issued unless the error is on our part.

Eco-Friendly Packaging

In line with our commitment to the environment, Biofit uses eco-friendly packaging for all our products. This means that we use materials that are recyclable, biodegradable, or made from renewable resources whenever possible. We encourage our customers to recycle or reuse the packaging after receiving their order.
